WHAT ARE THE ART PRINT SIZES IN INCHES?

Size A3 in inches = 11.69 x 16.53 inches
Size A2 in inches = 16.53 x 23.39 inches
Size A1 in inches = 23.39 x 33.11 inches
Size A0 in inches = 33.1 x 46.8 inches

DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

Yes! We ship almost worldwide. Is your country not listed then unfortunately the shipping companies we work with do not ship here.

SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

Shipping cost will be added to all orders and will be shown in the check out. The shipping cost is based on your location.

All domestic Australian orders will be shipped with standard tracking via Australia Post.
International orders outside Australia may have local taxes and duties added to your orders, for which we cannot be held responsible.

A3 prints will be sent packaged flat in a protective cardboard envelope . A2, A1 and A0 prints will be sent in a protective cardboard mailing tube. 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

As each print is made to order, please allow 4 working days from the date of order placed for your art print to be ready, plus calculated shipping time. 

RETURN POLICY

Please choose carefully as we are unable to offer returns on items larger than A3 or custom sizes due to change of mind.

If you wish to return or exchange A3 sizes, send us an email to saraharoyce@gmail.com with your order number, return reason and which article you want to return/exchange. 

If the items arrive damaged or lost, replacements or refunds will be issued. Please email me at saraharoyce@gmail.com if you have any problems with your items that you have received. 

WHAT PAPER DO YOU PRINT ON?

All art prints and photo prints are printed on museum grade archival paper stock, meaning they will not fade over time. We also only use FSC and PEFC certified paper.
